Malbora is the Executive Director of Plan&Go. Over the last 10 years Malbora has been dedicated to directly supporting and assisting vulnerable children, women and youth. She is actively engaged in the capacity-building of civil society organizations and institutions that address issues related to child protection, human trafficking and community development.

Prior to joining Plan&Go, Malbora served as the Country Representative of ARSIS Social Organization for the Support of Youth. She is highly involved in areas such as human rights, marginalized groups and diversity as part of her academic background and professional experience.

She is skilled in developing innovative and realistic programs and has the appropriate competences to provide in-depth and critical analysis on issues related to social inclusion.

Since 2015 she serves as a lecturer at the Albanian University.

Malbora received her Master of Science on Social Work, Clinic orientation from the University of Tirana, Faculty of Social Science.
