Meet Oneda, a dedicated worker at Plan&Go.

Since 2022, Oneda has been a vital member of the Plan & Go team, providing crucial support to Afghan seventies based in Albania. She started as a key point of contact for gender-based violence issues and quickly transitioned into her current role as a compassionate case manager due to later on as a project officer. Oneda’s diverse background includes experiences in both the private sector, where she excelled in human resources management, and the public sector, particularly in kindergartens and nurseries. Holding a degree in Psychology from the University of Tirana, Oneda’s lifelong commitment to social causes shines through her continuous efforts to aid individuals in need.
