Hello, I am Jurilda Ndoji. I hold a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology and a Master’s degree in Legal Psychology. Throughout my academic journey, I engaged in various training programs to enhance my professional skills in psychology.

After graduation, I volunteered for Albaccess Open, an NPO organization involved in multiple impactful projects. These projects include investing in new training programs and materials for schools and kindergartens, as well as enhancing the libraries in all prisons across Albania to support inmate education and rehabilitation.

In my role, I also provided caregiver services for children without parental care, helping to create supportive and nurturing environments for their development.

Since September 2023, I have been working with the Plan&Go team, which has been a dynamic and special experience for me. While working with the Afghan community, I have gained a better understanding of how people react in different situations, becoming an active listener and a point of reference for them when they feel it necessary.
