I’m Marsela Shembitraku, a passionate social services professional from Korça, Albania, with a Master of Science in “Social Services in Criminal Justice” from the University of Tirana. My journey in this field has been driven by a deep commitment to making a difference. For the past three years, I’ve been a dedicated Case Manager at Streha Center, where I specialize in providing essential psycho-social support to individuals who have faced severe trauma. My approach is firmly rooted in trauma-informed care principles, ensuring that I approach each person with unwavering sensitivity and empathy, creating a secure space for their healing.

Now, I’m excited to start working with Plan&Go. I look forward to leveraging my passion and expertise to work with refugees, aiming to positively impact their lives.
