Melisa has completed her bachelor’s degree in Psychology and master’s degree in Psychological Counseling at the Faculty of Social Sciences, part of the University of Tirana. Her journey is marked by engagement with communities and children in difficult situations. Her experience, mostly based on voluntary work, is with children with special needs and offering online psychological support via chat. Melisa’s zeal and collaborative spirit create an atmosphere of inclusivity and understanding, fostering meaningful connections with diverse individuals. She is now part of Plan&Go as a case manager with the Afghan community, channeling her dedication into every interaction, ensuring each individual feels valued and supported.
